Connecting with Other Systems

SOAP-like XML Messaging provides a simple way to send and receive XML-based form submission data to and from other systems, using HTTP POST calls to endpoints programmed to handle this information. Any number of XML E-message "triggers" can be configured to send data to provided endpoints. All data access controls are enforced so that end systems only receive what they have access to.

The XOflow REST API provides deep integration capabilities with standard REST (JSON) functionality against configuration information as well as all Form-based information. Form-based information is "virtual" in that REST resources and properties can be managed by your staff through Form configuration. All data access controls are enforced so that end systems only receive what they have access to.

Data Warehouse capabilities can aggregate all of your system's information into an exportable structured database, on a period and with timing that you control. A Data Warehouse allows you to connect standard relational (table-based) reporting and analytics tools for analysis of your information. It also provides a complete repository of information that you can use to ensure your entire operation's information is archived for unforeseen situations.
